Pricing & Proposition Manager Telecom

Pricing plays a critical role in sustaining growth, improving customer lifetime value, and balancing commercial performance with customer experience. As Pricing Manager, you will contribute directly to strategic pricing initiatives that influence revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.

The Pricing team operates at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Product Management. The team is responsible for developing pricing strategies, evaluating commercial opportunities, analysing customer behaviour, and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple customer segments.

Responsibilities
As Pricing Proposition Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising pricing strategies across consumer and/or business propositions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing commercially attractive and competitive pricing structures.
- Leading pricing analyses and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Supporting product launches and promotional activities through effective pricing strategies.
- Evaluating customer behaviour, elasticity, retention drivers, and market dynamics.
- Performing scenario modelling and business case evaluations.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and Data Analytics teams.
- Monitoring market developments, competitor pricing, and emerging industry trends.
- Driving revenue growth and margin improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
We are looking for a commercially minded pricing professional with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4-8 years of relevant experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience within Telecommunications, Technology, Subscription-based businesses, SaaS, Digital Services, or other highly dynamic commercial environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with BI and analytical tools.
- Ability to convert complex analyses into clear commercial recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
